Prima Scholars

For curious students, grades 6 to 11

Do real research.
Write a real paper.
Before college.

Prima Scholars runs four-week research intensives and flexible online courses. You investigate one genuine question with a small team and finish as a co-author of a real research paper.

Why students choose Prima Scholars

Younger students rarely get to do the real thing. Here you do.

01

You do the research

Small teams investigate one current question, gather their own evidence through surveys or simulations, and write a paper together. The discoveries are yours to make.

02

Mentor guided, start to finish

Educators who make hard subjects clear sit with every team from the first question to the final draft. They coach the process and never write it for you.

03

Built for your grade

Middle School teams in grades 6 to 8 and High School teams in grades 9 to 11 work separately, so the reading, the pace, and the expectations always fit.

Research programs

Five fields. One paper with your name on it.

Each program follows a real research arc. You frame a question, gather evidence, write it up, and defend it in front of an audience. Here is what that work looks like in each field.

What you actually produce

Every cohort ends with a paper, evidence and a figure to defend.

Teams do not summarize a textbook. They collect their own data, build their own charts, and write conclusions they can stand behind at the symposium. The figure beside this text shows the kind of result a team puts on the page.

Online courses

Build the skills behind the work.

Flexible, self-paced courses sharpen the writing and research skills students rely on in every subject. Each one ends with a real piece of work you keep.

How it works

From a blank page to a paper, in four steps.

  1. Week 01

    Frame the question

Explore the field, form a small team, and sharpen one specific question worth answering.

  2. Week 02

    Gather the evidence

Run a survey, a simulation, or a case study, and review credible sources to back it up.

  3. Week 03

    Analyze and draft

Turn findings into an argument and write the first full draft, section by section.

  4. Week 04

    Present at the symposium

Revise, cite with care, and present your paper to the cohort at a closing symposium.
